Three Levels

1) 💰 3.99% (7/6 ARM) + 3% concession (3% can be used for an optional 2/1 Buydown to 1.99%)* OR 8% concession*

✅  For home to be eligible:

• Home must be complete prior to Aug 31, 2026
• Must close by Sep 25, 2026

🐘  Don’t forget:

• For the 1.99% ARM rate incentive, buyers must use First Colony Mortgage
• Must be owner occupied
• Conventional Loans only
• 5% Down payment
• FHA buyers, investors, or cash buyers can receive an 8% concession in lieu of the rate incentive

• Buyers using an outside lender do not qualify for the advertised ARM rate incentive above
